Project overview

Redwood delivered the carpentry and kitchen fit-out package for eight assisted-living flats for young adults within an existing character building in Paignton. The work included fitted kitchens and extensive carpentry, with each element adapted carefully around the features and constraints of the existing property.

Project details

Location: Paignton, South Devon

Project type: Carpentry, Kitchen Installations, Renovations

Work completed

Redwood delivered the carpentry package across eight assisted-living flats, carrying out the required carpentry works and fitting the kitchens throughout the accommodation. Working within an older building with considerable existing character meant that elements of the installation needed to be adapted to suit the property rather than approached as a standard new-build fit-out. Redwood also completed carpentry work within the YMCA nursery facilities as part of the wider project.

Project outcome

The completed works provided eight fitted assisted-living flats for young adults, together with additional carpentry work within the YMCA nursery facilities.
